The Department of Intercultural Relations and Newcomers works on connecting newly arrived citizens and institutions in Anderlecht, facilitating coexistence, and improving intercommunity relations through various projects, including intercultural mediation.

Our service focuses on:
- Anderlecht newcomers, to enhance their integration and communication with local institutions;
- Professionals and institutions in contact with newcomers, to improve their relationship with these newcomers;
- And the general public, to promote an inclusive vision of coexistence in Brussels society.
