The CERE (established in 2006) non-profit organization aims to promote the dignity, equality, and rights of children.
The association aims to:
Provide critical perspectives on society regarding childhood issues and stimulate individual and collective reflection on possible changes in this area and how to bring about these changes.
Foster critical reflection on societal issues affecting children, parents, and families, and contribute to the development of democratic and civic initiatives related to these issues.
Contribute to the stimulation of democratic and civic initiatives, the exercise of rights with a perspective of individual and collective emancipation, gender equality, with a focus on active participation of the public, responsibility, and interaction between cultures.

For several years, the CERE has been running workshops with parents around the psychosexual development of the child, with regard to: excision or EVRAS, or child abuse or even children with disabilities.
The CERE collaborates with the GAMS, the SUSA and other support services for people with various disabilities, the CBPS, the CLPS, the Planning Center Federations, the DEI and is an operator of training and workshops (webinars ) for Yapaka.
